The firplace was still functional but out of date, so we removed the existing mantel, and installed new slate tile over existing brick. We also installed two custom made cherry mantels on each side of the fireplace. Completed the room with a new ceiling fan and white trim throughout.

Complete House Remodel

Outside before:
The front of the house was over grown with the current landscaping. The house was also lacking curb appeal

Outside After:
We removed all existing overgrown shrubs and plants, removed one existing flue that was not in use any more, made the current fireplace flue into a wider more appealing chimney that matches the house materials & style. To add curb appeal, we removed the large front window, added a front porch with railing and sidewalk. This addition not only adds appeal and balance, buts also adds a nice overhang and porch for guests. All new Low-E windows were installed with new Azek trim boards, and the entire house received a new coat of paint. New 35 yr. Architectural shingles were installed, and gutters and downspouts complete the renovation on the outside.

Kitchen Before: The current kitchen needed to be completely gutted, re-designed and updated.

Kitchen After:
We opened the kitchen by removing the exiting wall and flue that was not being used, enlarged the counter-top space, and re-designed the work-triangle by moving stove to the peninsula and created a breakfast bar.

We completed the kitchen by installing all new birch cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new sink and plumbing, electrical outlets and fixtures, tile backsplash, and cherry wood floors. The kitchen was accented by tile custom backsplash, under-cabinet & above cabinet lighting, dark and light maple crown-molding, stainless-steel receptacle covers.
