DC Building & Design - Conception to Completion

Before Photos with existing shingles: We had to remove 3 layers of asphalt shingles, 1 layer of cedar singles. We installed 1/2" OSB on entire roof, ice/water shield on bottom of roof and in all valleys, 15# felt, and 30yr Landmark Architectural shingles.

After photos: New roof with Hunter Green Architectural shingles: the color looks great & matches the shutters and guarantees a long lasting roof.. We only use high quality products to insure quality appearance, performance and customer satisfaction.
