A durable set of stairs was requested from our client. We started by removing the existing wooden stair treads. Sanded and prefinished the oak stringers, treads, and risers with Minwax Jacobean color stain and applied two coats of Bona Traffic Finish. Installed the prefinished Oak stringers, treads, and risers. Prefinished the oak Newel posts and handrails with the same Jacobean stain, installed with square iron balusters.
